- Return Conditions
Returns Due to Quality Issues: If a product is damaged during transit, or if aromatherapy candles or essential oils exhibit obvious defects, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a smooth refund or replacement process.
Returns Not Due to Quality Issues: If a return is requested for personal reasons, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items: Aromatherapy products that have been used, have had their packaging opened, or are in a condition that prevents resale are not eligible for return.
Return Time Limit: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date you receive the merchandise. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.
